Company About us Made in Italy #SCICgreen Premises SOLAR ENERGY With an innovative coverage of 70,000sqm of solar panels, we were the first company in Italy making exclusive use of the sun as the only energy source to produce our kitchens. A 5,000-kWp power and a yearly production rate worth 5,600,000 kWh allowed us to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3.000.000 kg per year. We strictly produce our kitchens with the lowest possible amount of formaldehyde, in strict compliance with labor, health and safety regulations and further care for environmental regulations. We only use timber from forests that are under reforestation programs, effectively implementing a manufacturing process that produces fully recyclable kitchens. CERTIFIED QUALITY Thanks to our Total Quality policy, we were one of the first companies to be certified in 1998 for complying with international standards. The Quality System implemented in all phases of the organization, production and service, was recognized as complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard and thus obtained the Italian and international certification of the Company's Quality System. We devote much attention to the development of products and production technologies. This allows us to create the most advanced furniture in terms of technical innovation, research of materials and components. We collaborate with highly qualified suppliers in the furniture sector: we want to constantly improve our production so that we can always offer a quality service worthy of the trust and expectations of our customers. SUSTAINABILITY SCIC takes another step in its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection by obtaining FSC® certification. FSC® is an internationally recognized brand that identifies products that contain wood from FSC® certified forests, that is, forests managed correctly and responsibly in accordance with the strict environmental, social and economic standards of the Forest Stewardship Council®. Thanks to this important recognition, SCIC is authorized to transform and resell FSC® certified materials, while committing itself to guaranteeing the safe and sustainable origin of all wood components used in its kitchens.
